    In my role as the Creative Design Manager at Fanjoy, I spearheaded the end-to-end creation of over 100 successful brands. Leading a dynamic team of 4-6 designers, I played a pivotal role in every aspect of the creative process — from crafting compelling design pitches to executing photoshoots and producing launch assets. As a dedicated manager, I prioritized mentorship and skill development within the team, cultivating a collaborative environment that fostered creativity and problem-solving. My multifaceted experience includes not only designing impactful apparel but also steering the overall brand narrative for our diverse range of clients. This role allowed me to not only lead but also contribute directly to the success and growth of the creative team.
